Americana/Blues Rock artist Doug Prescott is back with his new live album "Hot Night in November" to follow up the success of last year's full-length debut "The Journey & the Deep Blue Sea". Going under the moniker Doug Prescott Band, there are some impressive musicians on the disc, including genre veterans Allyn Love and Tony Bowman. Purists will be upset by the genre-hopping, but that's just par for the course for Prescott, who dabbles with rock, r&b, funk, blues, country and roots music.
